Refund policy

1. Refund conditions
*Product Quality Problems: If the product you received has quality problems, such as damaged, defective or not as described, you can apply for a refund within 7 days after receiving the product. Please provide a detailed description of the problem and photos as proof.
Shipping error: If you receive the wrong goods due to our error, we will refund you the full amount after you return the goods, and bear the shipping cost of returning the goods.
*Failure to ship on time: If the order has not been shipped after the agreed upon shipping time, you may choose to cancel the order and request a full refund. 

2. Refund Process -Submit Refund Request: Please log in to your account, find the corresponding order in “My Orders”, click “Refund Request”, select the reason for the refund, and provide the necessary supporting documents.
Review of refund request: We will review the refund request within 2 working days after receiving it. After approval, we will notify you of the next step in the refund process.
Returning merchandise: For cases where merchandise needs to be returned, we will provide a return address after review and approval. Please ensure that the returned merchandise is in its original condition, including packaging, accessories, etc., and send it back using an available courier service.
*Refund Processing: After receiving the returned merchandise and confirming that it is not returned, we will return the refunded amount to your payment account within 3 business days. 

3. Non-refundable cases
Customized goods: Due to the special nature of customized goods, once produced or shipped, we will not accept refund applications.

Personal reason return: If you need to return the item for personal reason, we will charge a certain percentage of the return fee, and you need to apply for the refund within 14 days after receiving the item, and the merchant must be in new and unused condition.

 4. Refund Time
Refund time will vary depending on the payment method you used to make the payment. In general, the refund will arrive within 3-7 working days, please refer to the notification from your bank or payment platform.
